Allen Gachupin

President

Allen Gachupin is the founder and President of Tribal Innovations, based on the Jemez Pueblo Indian Reservation. He built the company on a simple principle: to always under promise and over deliver — in every relationship with customers, suppliers, and the communities the business serves.

A lifelong Jemez Pueblo tribal member, Allen has served his community in elected leadership roles including Tribal Sheriff, 2nd Lieutenant Governor, 1st Lieutenant Governor, and three-time Governor, and continues to serve on the Tribal Council. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Army.

Kai Gachupin

CEO

Kai Gachupin serves as CEO of Tribal Innovations, bringing more than two decades of experience leading Native-owned businesses across energy, distribution, manufacturing, and federal government contracting. He also serves as CEO of Sandia Oil Company Inc. and has previously directed multi-enterprise operations including 8(a) government contracting.

At Tribal Innovations, Kai leads strategy, customer development, and day-to-day operations with a long-term focus on service and reliability. A proud Jemez Pueblo tribal member, he is committed to building dependable supply relationships in Indian health procurement and carrying forward the family's mission of follow-through.
